1. Client Obligations
As a user of the Stock Management System, you agree to:
- Provide accurate stock data and maintain the system for your own operational use.
- Designate a single point of contact for communication with Mirjy Technologies.
- Respond to Mirjy communications within 3 business days when required.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Under a subscription plan, the system remains the intellectual property of Mirjy Technologies Ltd. The Client is granted a non-exclusive licence to access and use the system for the duration of the active subscription.
Full ownership of the system is not transferred under subscription plans. Mirjy Technologies Ltd retains the right to:
- Reuse generic frameworks, components, libraries, and non-project-specific code in future projects.
- Reference projects in Mirjy's portfolio, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
- Retain all intellectual property rights if full payment is not received.
3. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
- Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the system.
- Using the system for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Sharing access with unauthorized third parties.
- Interfering with the security or integrity of the platform.
4. Termination of Use
Mirjy Technologies reserves the right to terminate access to the system for any user who violates these Terms of Use or fails to comply with their payment obligations.
